Rooms are very good. Staf behavior very nice. Room service good and fast. All over very very good👍👍👍👍❤❤ all staf have available on one call. All festivities have available in hotel. All time staf available on service.

One of the worst hotel in phagwara,hotel staff not educated and professional and secondly food quality is not good and hygiene it is very species, room is very smelly and very cheap behavior by reception girl,this hotel and waste of money,my mistake I book the room,don't book the room this hotel,this property is not value for money its bad experience,the are towels are dirty....shower not working.....do nit hiw they run the hotel without following govt.norms and regulations........all experience very bad......

Being a Tier 2 city, you can't really expect more facility, Location is not really far from Railway station and just next to a market. Hotel was below average, rooms were not clean which includes bedsheets, pillow cover, No hot water was available. Although I went in summers but option should have been available. Very less staff was available so had to wait. Room was dingy and had no window at all, Bathrooms had nothing, no soap, no towels forget about shampoo and conditioners or creams which are typically available. In the morning the GM of the hotel Mr Charanjit Singh did reach out to me and was courteous, but overall hotel was average which can surely be improved as they have nice facility and good location.

Me and my wife stayed here for two days on two separate occasions in February, 2023. We will not be returning. Positives: Location right in the centre of Phagwara, close to lots of places to eat. Negatives: Everything else. At breakfast, I ordered eggs; the waitress offered me a 'bread omelette' or boiled eggs. I requested two fried eggs but she reported that this was not available (?!). My wife ordered stuffed parathas but they arrived as tasteless tandoori rotis that were barely edible. I asked for salt and pepper for my boiled eggs but the waitress said that she could provide only salt (?! WTF?) On our second visit to this hotel (everywhere else seemed to be booked up for our dates), we found the room to be so filthy that we asked to be moved; the other room was just as bad: stained pillows (we were assured that these stains were permanent, so nothing could be done about them {lol}); torn and dirty bedsheets; a non-working television which no-one came to sort out despite repeated calls to Reception; mould on the shower curtains; un-swept floors on which we found hair, food particles, and debris from previous guests. As you enter the hotel you will see a TV screen behind the Reception desk proudly advertising the hotel's lounge bar (it was closed, with no plans to re-open anytime soon) and a sign warning you that guests are not allowed to bring outside 'eatables' to consume in their room. Do yourself a favour and stay away from this place; choose the Poonam or Grand Ambassador hotel if you want something half decent. A room at Clark's Inn is not worth even half the price that they will charge you. Disappointing, and nearly ruined our holiday to see family and friends.
